Just got to take this out on the highway after taking pictures. Never used an alcantera steering wheel before. Shifter was super short throws but not as notchy as I’d like. Seats were fantastic. Noise wasn’t terrible, from the engine. It had a five channel aftermarket Pioneer sound system on the stock head unit. 10" sub in the trunk, 600w sub amp, 400w 4-channel amp for the interior components. It sounded like ass compared to the similar setup I have in my Riviera. I get annoyed when someone plainly spent a lot of money on a sound system but has no idea how to set it up (no HPF, stock head unit meant no equalization, despite being sealed the sub was boomy as hell, crossovers were all wrong).

Oh, the car was fast, too. That’s a thing.

The sealed sub is why it is boomy rather than accurate. A good port will always make for a better sub that hits accurately rather than just rattling everything and mudding out the rest. I bet those are the peak power ratings instead of RMS, wiring is all 8 and up gauge, and stock or close to stock speakers. Plus the stock head unit in there is preamped so that is going to throw some bullshit into the mix.

Yea alcantara wheels are nice (at least until they get used up and shiny or start pilling). I need to get around to picking up a gt350 steering wheel for my 16' GT.
